Topical diazoxide,
for the non-responders.
A topical preparation of diazoxide, a potassium-channel opener in minoxidil's class, but one that works without the sulfation step minoxidil depends on. It's still in early development, and we're opening the program to Founding Members.

Founding members cover up to 12 months
of supply
The first 50 spots receive one of three supply tiers. Enrollment remains open after those tiered spots are claimed.
Your Founding Member number sets how much supply your credit covers, from 12 months for the first 10 down to 4 months for the last, and is assigned when your completed checkout is recorded.
| Spots | Supply covered |
|---|---|
| 1–10 | 12 months |
| 11–30 | 6 months |
| 31–50 | 4 months |
$249.99 refundable deposit. Fully refunded if we don’t reach 50 Founding Members, the product never launches, or a clinician declines. Otherwise applied as credit at launch.
What the evidence says
Real signal, evidence based.
Fifty years of people have taken it by mouth for something else and grown hair they never asked for.

Formulation · Topical scalp
DZX Scalp
A topical diazoxide preparation built to open the follicle's K-ATP channels directly.
Why diazoxide, and for whom
Minoxidil is a prodrug. Some people can't switch it on.
Minoxidil only works after an enzyme in the hair follicle, SULT1A1, converts it to its active form. People whose follicles sulfate poorly can apply minoxidil for months and get almost nothing.
Diazoxide opens the follicle's potassium channels directly, with no sulfation step required. Minoxidil's active form reaches only one of those channels (SUR2B). That makes it a lever for a specific group: people who don't respond to minoxidil because they can't sulfate it.

Questions
FAQ
What am I paying for right now?
A fully refundable $249.99 deposit reserves your Founding spot and first access at launch while the product is still in development. The first 50 spots also receive tiered Covered Supply. At launch the deposit is applied as credit to your order; those first 50 members can earn back the rest of their Covered Supply through 3 check-ins.
When will it launch?
We're targeting September 2026 for first prescriptions. That depends on solubility, stability, API lead time, and pharmacy and clinician sign-off, so it can move. If it never launches, you're refunded in full.
Why does the strength say 2% to 5% instead of one number?
The 17-vehicle solubility screen sets it. Results have not been published yet. Publishing a number before then would be a guess. If solubility comes back low, the final strength may land below this range, and we'll say so. The covered-supply months assigned to the first 50 members stay fixed.
Will this get into my bloodstream?
Probably yes, in small amounts. Our modelling puts a daily user around 5 to 10 ng/mL, roughly a hundredfold below the ~1,430 ng/mL where diazoxide's systemic side effects begin. That estimate is modelled rather than measured, which is why the Founding cohort has bloods drawn.
Is this a security or an investment?
No. It's a refundable consumer deposit that reserves a spot and first access, and provides R&D updates. The first 50 spots also receive a covered-supply tier. At launch the deposit is applied as credit to your order.
Will I need a prescription?
Yes. It would ship as a §503A compounded prescription product. At launch you'd complete a telehealth intake, and a licensed clinician would decide whether it's appropriate for you. US shipping only.
Does it work?
We're testing that now and will report what we find. Topical diazoxide for hair loss has never been tested in a human trial. The mechanism and animal evidence are promising, especially for minoxidil non-responders, but this remains investigational.
How do the refunds work?
Your $249.99 deposit is refunded in full if we fall short of 50 Founding Members, the product never launches, or a clinician declines to prescribe it to you. At launch the deposit is applied as credit to your order. For spots 1–50, the rest of Covered Supply can be earned back via 3 check-ins.
